Thomas Hanna

Thomas is an experienced mental health professional with over 20 years working with youth, adults, families, and military personnel. Thomas has been involved with both counseling and advocacy organizations which include operations as a clinical therapist, recreational therapist, case manager, and supervisor of both adolescent and adult groups and programs. He is highly skilled in evidence-based approaches including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and neuropsychology.

Thomas has a particular emphasis on trauma-informed care and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), as well as being trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), and suicide prevention.
